Lifeforce Supplements
First-Time Supplement Purchase Guarantee
If your first Lifeforce supplement purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll issue a full refund — and you can keep the product.
What we ask:
Please try the supplement for at least two weeks before requesting a refund.
Eligibility
Applies to supplements purchased within the last 30 days
Only first-time supplement purchases qualify for this guarantee
Refunds apply to the purchase price only (discounts and promotions are not refundable)
Orders must be placed directly through mylifeforce.com
Product Returns
Lifeforce does not accept product returns.
If you no longer wish to keep a supplement, please dispose of it safely in accordance with FDA guidelines.

Membership Refunds
Membership fees may be refundable if all of the following conditions are met:
The request is made within 30 days of purchase, or 15 days after placing your first diagnostic order (whichever comes first), and
No services have been utilized
Important Notes
If services such as diagnostic testing and/or telehealth services have been used, partial refunds may be granted at Lifeforce’s discretion.

Refunds for Prescriptions
Prescription products are generally not eligible for refunds and cannot be returned.
